Welcome To The Week 6 Life Coaching Tasks

Everybody likes a sneaky trick to help you get better results. This week’s first task is one of those sneaky little tricks. Through creating a soundtrack of your life it will help you to bring about the emotions you need at the exact times you need them. With this task you can create motivation in an instant or you can help yourself to relax easier if that’s what’s called for at that moment in time. You should use your life soundtrack throughout the rest of this programme to help you spark the emotions and frame of mind you need in order to achieve the outcome you need at that moment in time, however, you should also use this strategy throughout the rest of your life. This task is a simple yet highly effective strategy.

The second task this week is setting yourself life goals. These should be the things you really want to do in your life and they should be as big and as crazy as you want, after all you only live once so you need to make the most of your life. Once you write them down along with the reason why you want to do them then you can set about making them happen. When they are in your mind they are just a dream but when it’s down on paper it’s a to-do list which you can take action on.

Now you are losing weight and feeling great about yourself I want you to start enjoying your life and do the things you have always wanted to do. You only have one life so let’s make it as exciting as possible. After making this list don’t just let the list rot in a cupboard. Read it daily and complete your goals as often as you can.
