Welcome To The 8 Week Lose Weight Fast Academy
I hope you are excited to lose a ton of weight over the next 8 weeks.
So far the average weight loss of this programme is 23lbs with the least being 14lbs and the most being 42lbs.
If you do everything I tell you to do during the 8 weeks then you will also lose a tremendous amount of weight just like everyone who has already been through this programme.
The very first thing I want you to do is go and take a before photo of yourself.
I know, I know, you probably feel self-conscious right now, but in 8 weeks’ time you will want to see the difference. Every single person hates taking the before photos but I promise if you don’t take a before photo you will regret it at the end when you can’t see how far you have come in 8 weeks.
Everyone who has followed this programme who didn’t take a before photo at the start has always regretted it at the end. It’s all good seeing the results on the scales but nothing beats the feeling you get when you see the difference between a before and after photo.
You should take a full length photo of you facing forwards and also a full length photo of you side on. Women you can wear a bikini and men you can wear shorts and be topless, which I recommend as you can see the difference much better; however, you don’t have to do this. You can just take your before and after photos in clothes making sure you wear the same clothes in both the before and after photos so you can see the difference in how loose the same clothes are in the after photo.
You can keep these photos for yourself. However, I would be extremely grateful if you send me your before and after photos at the end of the programme and allow me to use them to inspire other people to lose weight through placing them on the Lose Weight Fast Academy hall of fame. I am sure seeing other peoples before and after photos inspired you to follow the programme and I hope you pass on the favour and allow me to use your photos to inspire other people to change their lives just like you.
Now you have taking your before photos you are ready to get cracking with the programme.
There are a few things I want you to do in preparation for starting the programme.
1. Choose a day to start
Most people like to start a diet on a Monday so I suggest you choose the coming Monday to start.
I highly recommend watching the nutrition videos for each week on the Thursday before you start each week. By watching the videos every Thursday this gives you Friday, Saturday and Sunday to prepare your meal plan for your next week.
You should also plan your next week’s exercise every Thursday as well.
Make sure you complete each week’s life coaching tasks during each week and don’t fall behind on these tasks if you want to transform your life and not just your body. These tasks are essential to helping you change your mindset to ensure you see results not only during the 8 weeks but so you maintain your results after the programme. These coaching tasks really are the difference between any other programme you have followed in the past. If dieting and exercise worked alone then you wouldn’t have bought this programme as you would have maintained your results from your last diet. In order for your results to last you must change your mindset around diet and exercise which is why we have created 16 life coaching tasks to help ensure this is the last diet programme you will ever have to go on.
2. Set your weight loss goals
One of the most important things to keep you on track is to set yourself a weight loss goal and set rewards for achieving your goal. You should set yourself a long term goal and an 8 week goal as well as short term goals to help keep you on track.
Please complete the task ‘SMART goals and rewarding your achievements’ where you will set yourself goals and rewards for achieving each goal. You can find this task at the bottom of this page.
3. Create your 8 week goal card
Now you have set your goals I want you to create your 8 week goal card. This is a great tool to keep you motivated throughout the 8 weeks. The biggest reason most people fail in their weight loss attempts is losing focus on why they want to lose weight. By creating your goal card and reading it daily you will ensure you never lose focus on why you want to lose weight and you will massively improve your chances of losing weight successfully. You can find this task at the bottom of this page.
4. Throw all the junk food out of your house
It is very important to get rid of all the junk food from your house as having junk food around you tests your willpower. Your willpower only lasts so long which is why throwing everything out that tests your willpower is essential to the success of the programme. If you have to use your willpower daily to say no to junk foods then the programme will be far harder mentally. Throwing out all the junk food will ensure you enjoy the diet and will greatly increase your chances of success.
You will want to shop every 2-4 days throughout the programme to ensure the food you eat is fresh. Make sure you never have an empty house of healthy food as not having food in the house increases your chances of cheating.
5. Watch the welcome video
It is very important you watch the welcome video as it explains the principles and the foundation of the programme. Watching every single video throughout the 8 week programme and following every single bit of advice is essential to the programme. If you try and skip bits of the video you might miss out on some very important information so please make sure you watch them in full. If you don’t watch the videos in full and don’t follow everything I tell you then you will not see as good results. Knowing why you are doing things is very important because without knowing why you are doing it you are less likely to stick to it. Remember this is an academy not just a diet plan so we are teaching you along the way.

6. Read the E-book 14 Steps To Melting Fat Fast
It is essential you read through this E-book in full as these 14 tips are what you need to do in order to lose weight fast. I could do an hour long video explaining the importance of each tip, however, I am saving the videos for the more advanced information on weight loss. Please make sure you read it in full before you watch the week 1 nutrition video as the 14 tips cover the basic must know information to make this programme a massive success. You can find this task at the bottom of this page.
7. The Thursday before you start the programme plan week 1
Don’t watch the video for week 1, look at the exercise or the life coaching tasks for week 1 until the Thursday before the Monday you start the diet. There is already a lot to do by doing the tasks above so I don’t want you overloading yourself too quickly.
It is better to complete all the tasks above before planning the first week of the plan. If you take your time to do every single task in order you will see far better results than just jumping straight in with the diet without preparing.
I know you want to get started straight away but you will see far better results going through all the tasks and getting everything prepared properly for the start.
Preparation is key throughout this programme and I want you to get into the habit of preparing and doing things correctly right from the start. If you do everything as laid out in the programme from doing all of the above tasks, preparing each week and completing all of the life coaching tasks you will be in a great position at the end of the programme as you will have created new beliefs and new habits which will help you maintain your results for the rest of your life.
Each video will last between 30 minutes and 90 minutes so make sure you give yourself a couple of hours every Thursday to watch the video and prepare the next week.
8. Join our private members Facebook group
Please go and join our private members Facebook group. In the group you can ask us questions about the programme and you can help keep each other motivated throughout the programme. The group is a great way to interact with past and present participants of the programme. We will also put the times we plan to do google hangouts in our Facebook group so if you want to ask us questions in person for more detailed answers or you just want to speak to us then keep an eye out for the times we will run google hangouts.
