Our answers to the most frequently asked questions
Q Do I have to follow the programme exactly to see results?
A The closer you stick to the programme the better the results you will see. The further you deviate from the programme the bigger the negative impact it will have on your results. If you want to see a massive change to your body then yes definitely follow the programme exactly.
Q I am a vegetarian, why is there no vegetarian plan?
A From my research your body needs to eat meat to work efficiently. Unfortunately if you don’t eat meat then I can’t guarantee you will lose weight. You can follow the plan the best you can and you should still lose weight or you can request a full refund through clickbank. There will be programmes out there for vegetarians but I am yet to find a way to help someone lose weight fast the healthy way without meat in the diet.
Q The programme looks to hard and too big a change for me to do. I don’t think I can do it.
A If you want to lose weight then you have to pay the price. If you aren’t willing to pay the price then you won’t lose weight. Having said that, the diet is much easier than you think. It may sound tough on paper but once you get started it is far easier than you think. My advice is give it a try for a couple of weeks. If you still think it’s too tough then request a refund through clickbank. This programme works if you follow it but if you aren’t motivated enough to follow it then please request a full refund. This plan isn’t impossible to follow. Our hall of fame page proves people are able to follow it if they have the motivation and the desire to lose weight. If you think it’s too hard then it’s because you aren’t willing to do what is necessary to lose weight.
Q What do I do if I fall off the plan?
A The answer is simple. Get straight back on the plan. Even the best of us make mistakes. If you cheat on the plan then get back on the plan straightaway at your next meal. If you feel guilty then it will lead to you giving up completely. Instead of feeling guilty learn from your mistakes. No one is going to eat 100% healthy for the rest of their lives. You need to learn a healthy lifestyle isn’t a diet you are either on or off. It is something you do for life. There will be times you don’t eat healthy and it is important you learn how to get straight back to eating healthy if you have a cheat meal.
