Welcome To The Week 5 Life Coaching Tasks

I would like to say a massive congratulations on completing the tasks this far. I hope you are starting to really get into the tasks and see the benefits in your life already.

You have just passed the half way mark of this programme and the last few tasks have been on life improvement strategies rather than weight loss.

Because the last few tasks haven’t been focussing on weight loss I want to check you are still getting AIR. Not the air you breathe but Attention, Intention and Repetition.

Are you still giving your weight loss goal attention? Do you still know your intention behind your goal? Are you repeating your attention and intention daily?

The first task this week Are You Getting AIR is very important to make sure you are still on track mentally to achieve your goal and if you aren’t you can do something about it very quickly to get you back on track.

You should be getting AIR daily and if you aren’t then you should start straight away.

This task is something you can use for the rest of your life. Anytime you set yourself a goal you should regularly check you are getting AIR daily. Any goal you set for the rest of your life make sure you give it daily attention, you know the intention why you are doing it and you repeat it every single day and as much as possible. If you do this then your motivation to achieve your goal will remain extremely high and will massively increase your chances of reaching your goal.

The second task this week is The Problem Solver. It’s usually around the half way stage that problems seem to crop up and make sticking to the plan harder so this is where the Problem Solver comes in.

The Problem Solver task helps you to solve any problems you may have during the rest of this programme and it can be used to help you solve any problems you have during the rest of your life. If you use it for every problem you have it will soon be imbedded in you so you automatically solve problems. If you use this task there really is no excuse for falling off track now as you are able to solve any problem that may pop up.
