Welcome To The Week 4 Life Coaching Tasks

Now you know what you want to be remembered for and you have a good idea on your purpose in life I want you to bring your dream life to life, I want you to create a vision of your perfect life. Your mind thinks in pictures rather than words which is where the next task Vision Board Of Dreams comes in.

Visualising you dream life in pictures helps you to make it become a reality as your mind can’t tell the difference been real and imagined and through visualising your dream life it subconsciously sets in place actions to make it happen.

Don’t get me wrong though, visualising your dream life alone won’t make it happen, you actually have to take action to make it happen, however, visualising your dream life greatly increases your motivation and the likelihood of it happening.

Once you have created your Vision Board Of Dreams it is important to look at it regularly but aslo visualise regularly. The more clearly you can visualise having achieved these things in your life the more likely you are to make them happen.

The second task this week is a task on how to break your negative emotions.

You are now coming up to the half way stage of the programme and because it is challenging I am sure some negative emotions are creeping in. This might be some negative emotions about how you want even faster results or that the plan is tough or it may be negative emotions about life in general which are starting to take your mind off your goal.

When you are feeling negative there is more chance of you making poor decisions and falling off track which is why you need to learn to break negative emotions before the negative emotions break you.

This task is great to use during the rest of the 8 week programme but also for the rest of your life. It will help you to stay on track during times you would usually struggle and it will help you to live a happier life as you won’t feel negative emotions as often. When you are feeling happy you really can achieve anything you want so use this strategy to ensure you maintain your positive emotions as much as possible.
