Welcome To The Week 2 Life Coaching Tasks
Congratulations on completing your first two tasks and getting this far.
Most people won’t bother doing these tasks which is why there are so many people living ordinary lives as they are not prepared to put in a little extra work to improve themselves.
I am extremely proud that you are not willing to settle for an ordinary life like most people and that you know you deserve better and are capable of an even better life full of love, fun and happiness.
This week’s tasks are the last two tasks in our Empower Your Mind series. After you have completed these tasks you will know exactly what you want, why you want it, what has been holding you back in the past, what you need to do to achieve your goals and whether you are willing to do what is necessary. Once you know all of this then sticking to the diet and exercise plan becomes far simpler and you will stick to the plan because you want to and not because you feel you have to.
Using willpower to stick to a plan can only last so long which is why these tasks are so important in changing your mindset so you are no longer using willpower to stick to the plan and instead you are following the plan because you have a deep burning desire to achieve your goal and you know following the plan exactly is what it takes to get what you want.
Following a plan because you just feel you have to is setting out for failure whereas following a plan with a deep burning desire to achieve what you want is setting yourself up for success.
Make sure you put in the effort to complete these tasks properly. You will probably struggle for the answers, but if you do struggle this is a good sign as you are going deep inside of yourself for the truth. Once you dig deep and find the honest answers to these questions you will unleash your burning desire to achieve your goal. If you find answering these questions easy then they are not your true answers. Lying to yourself about diet and exercise is one of the things which has stopped you from having already achieved your goals which is why you now need to tell yourself the truth. Once you tell yourself the truth about what has been holding you back in the past and about exactly what you need to do and whether you are willing to do it then you are ready to finally reach your goal.
The first task this week Empower Your Mind 3 is about finding out what has been holding you back in the past and the second task this week Empower Your Mind 4 helps you to set an action plan which you are 100% committed to following.
