Welcome To The Week 1 Life Coaching Tasks

The coaching tasks throughout the 8 week programme are there to help you train your mind in order to help you reach your goal.

Nearly all weight loss programmes focus on nutrition or exercise or both and miss out the most important aspect to any programme, your mind-set.

No matter how good the diet and exercise programmes are, if you don’t have the correct mindset to follow them exactly then the plans are useless.

Unlike a lot of other programmes who just care about you buying it and it doesn’t matter to them whether you follow the plan or not, we  actually want you to follow our programme so you see amazing results which is why we have designed 8 weeks of coaching tasks to go alongside the diet and exercise programme.

It’s completely up to you if you complete all of the coaching tasks. If you just want to follow the nutrition and exercise plans that’s fine as you will still see amazing weight loss results if you stick to them, however, if you do take the time to follow the life coaching tasks alongside the diet and exercise plans you will not only lose a tremendous amount of weight you will also completely change your whole life. You will find sticking to the plan far easier and the tasks will also help you to improve other areas of your life so you live the dream life that you deserve.

The initial tasks are geared towards getting you into the correct mindset to help you lose weight and transform your body before moving onto tasks geared towards improving your whole life.

Each week there are two life coaching tasks I would like you to complete. It is best to complete a task every 3-4 days. If you want to do both tasks for that week on the same day that’s not a problem if it works better for you but ideally you will complete a task every 3-4 days to help keep your mind on your goal. The tasks can take as little as 10 minutes or they may take a few hours depending on the task and how much effort you put into the task. The more effort you put in the greater the rewards.

All of the tasks are simple but some of them may be difficult to answer. Make sure you dig deep inside of yourself for the hard answers as digging deep and giving truthful answers is what is needed in order to transform your life.

These tasks are not just here to give you something to do, each task has a purpose and they are set out in a specific order to help your grow as a person during the 8 weeks.

If you truly want to transform your life and not just your body then you will work through all of the tasks throughout the 8 weeks and answer them as best and as truthfully as you can.

The first week’s tasks are from our Empower Your Mind series which is a series of tasks designed to inspire you towards achieving your goal.

Task 1 is all about getting clear on what you want to achieve and task 2 helps you to become crystal clear on why you want to achieve your goal.
